Social & Sound Bath with Shanila, Gina and Jodie
Join Shanila, Gina and Jodie with a canna social and an amazing sound bath combining their with sacred gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments used to put the mind into deep meditation, rejuvenate, and relax.

Join us at 7:30 for community time, you can bring your own, and we will also have some treats too, then we will set the stage to collect this vibrant energy and use it to help manifest a stronger you, through this personalized sound journey.

Energy exchange: $22 pre-registration or $25 at the door. Space is limited and pre-registering is recommended.

Bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, crystals, and water. We provide yoga blankets, bolsters, props and mat for rent.
