Sessions with Shanila

This offer is intended for the seeker wanting 1:1 soul guidance on the path to self-mastery. If you’ve been wanting to dive deeper into a topic, connect with your true self, and heal old wounds, these sessions are curated for that. Dealing with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt is incredible disorienting to your nervous system. Over time, we start to see emotional imbalance, mood swings, anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, and physical illnesses too. What happens when we can feel it to heal it, so we don’t have to carry it anymore?

Our sessions consist of building an on-going relationship, so I must tell you, there is no miracle cure for inner work. This work often takes time and patience. It will all be worth it in the end!

In our sessions, I take a psychosomatic approach (mind-body), helping you feel emotions, while also supporting you in integrating them.

We may practice a combination of breathwork, somatic releases, energy healing, and quantum accessand mentorship.

Flow Breathwork is a unique style of breathwork utilizing movement, energy healing, and of course, the breath, to help you regulate emotions, repattern your thoughts and behaviors, and ultimately, create inner FLOW!

  • What can I expect?

    • Prepare for our call by setting an intention for yourself. Have a cleared space and being distraction free for our time together is a great idea!

    • Soul guidance can go in many directions. We can use various psychosomatic tools like breathwork, energy healing, and quantum access to activate what’s most pressing at the time.

    • Breathwork is the number 1 somatic healing tool that helps regulate emotions, the nervous system, and build mind-body connection. We’ll start with what’s pressing for you in the present and build from there. All sessions are slightly different and are based on the energy of your breath. You can expect to experience emotions, memories, release traumas, forgive, feel immense love for yourself and others, and feel inner flow.

    • From me, expect silk and sandpaper. I’m known to support you while challenging you to break past your limitations and build a true trusting relationship with yourself.
