The Nurturer

Theme: Love

You love to love on people! And your work truly comes from the heart. You are deeply connected to your energy and universal source energy. You find that you like to use touch - like your hands and your hugs - to help others feel good. You are a great listener and truly embody what it means to care for others. You like intimate settings where you are able to connect and share meaningful one on one time. You thrive in creating safe spaces where people are seen, safe, supported, and loved. You excel in making people feel amazing. You're great at holding space for others and they really appreciate you for this.

You are a nurturer that plays an important role in society. You are the healer that holds and guides the collective into self-love, acceptance, and joy. Nurturers value relationships and connection more than anything; a critical part of a nurturer’s work is being in intimate spaces where deep, soul-level connections and trust can be created. Vulnerability is one of your superpowers. You are able to bring real life vulnerable experiences to the table, and because of this, others trust you and seek you out to be seen and held. However, because you are often showing up for other people, you might neglect to look after yourself.

Energy Gates + Strengths

Your heart is bursting open. You are truly a giver. Your heart energy allows in love, abundance, prosperity, forgiveness, and gratitude, and you do your best to embody that in your day to day life. This ability to give to others is extraordinary and comes effortlessly to you. This heart space is often blocked for many reasons, but for a nurturer, it is one of the most active centers in the body.

Balance:

Careful of your boundaries. You are someone who can fall into the trap of taking on energies and emotions that don’t belong to you. Your empathy is at high risk of absorbing other people’s stuff, and that’s something you have to learn to manage, NOW. Your personal and professional boundaries can often get crossed because you just want to help so badly. As much as this might feel helpful to you at the time, which can be harmful for you. You tend to feel what others are feeling and it will be beneficial for you to strengthen your boundaries around that to protect your own energy. Your open heart chakra is a giver, and often doesn’t know how to receive back in return. This is an important part of the exchange - who is seeing, supporting, and holding you? Careful of diminishing your own voice and your own needs in order to be in service for other people. We must always fill our own cup first before pouring onto others.
